Parkinson's Program

At Rochester School of Fitness, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our Parkinson's members. We understand that living with Parkinson's disease can be challenging, and we are here to provide support and guidance every step of the way.
Our experienced coaches are trained to work with individuals with Parkinson's disease and understand their unique challenges. They will work closely with members to develop personalized exercise plans tailored to their needs and abilities. Our coaches will also provide ongoing support and guidance to help members stay motivated and achieve their health and wellness goals.
In addition to personalized exercise plans, we provide nutrition coaching to support the overall health and well-being of our Parkinson's members.
We also offer vibration plate therapy as part of our Parkinson's program to help manage symptoms such as stiffness, tremors, and rigidity. Our coaches are trained in using vibration plates and will work with members to develop a safe and effective therapy plan.
At RSF, we believe in the power of community. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment where Parkinson's members can connect with others who understand their experiences and challenges. We offer group fitness classes, social events, and support groups to help members stay engaged, motivated, and connected.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life, and we are here to help our members achieve that goal.
