Join Our Community: Group Fitness Classes Schedule
Training in a group setting is fun, and it encourages the development of support systems among peers. Functional workouts include various floor exercises using weights and resistance equipment to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. We have several group classes targeted to specific age groups.
